Exclusive contractor leads, by market
We build and rank a website for one trade in one city, then hand every call it produces to a single contractor. 20 markets across 5 trades are live right now, covering roughly 8,180 searches a month. Each market page below shows the real search demand, what that traffic would cost on Google Ads, and the local conditions that keep the work coming.
Pick your trade and city
A market listed here is either open or held by one contractor. We will tell you which before you spend any time on it.

How a market earns a spot on this list
Most city-and-trade combinations are not worth building. Before we commit to one, three things have to be true at the same time, and we check them with live data rather than a hunch.
The demand has to be real. We pull actual monthly search volume for the money terms in that metro — not a national average, and not a guess from the trade's reputation. A market with two hundred honest searches a month can be worth more than one with two thousand, if the two thousand are mostly people looking for DIY instructions.
The job value has to carry the lead cost. A trade where the average ticket is a hundred dollars cannot support exclusive lead generation. Every trade on this list runs four figures or more per job, which is why a single closed call can pay for a month of the market.
The results have to be winnable. We look at who currently ranks, how strong their sites are, and whether national franchises have locked up the map. If a market is owned end to end by companies with a decade of authority, a new site will not crack it and we will not pretend otherwise.
One contractor per trade per market
Exclusivity is the entire product. When a homeowner in one of these markets searches for the work, finds the site, and calls the number, that call belongs to one company. There is no auction, no shared inbox, and no second contractor getting the same name three minutes later.
Every call is answered around the clock by our scheduling assistant, which captures the caller's name, callback number, the specific problem, property details, urgency, and the best time to reach them — then sends it to the contractor with a recording. Calls that come in at nine at night on a Saturday get handled the same way as calls at ten on a Tuesday.
Holding a market is a flat monthly rate, month to month, with one condition attached: call people back within one business day. Exclusivity only works if the leads actually get worked, and a market where calls go unanswered is worth less to everyone. See what holding a market costs or how the whole model works.
Questions about markets and exclusivity
What does an exclusive contractor lead actually mean here?
It means one contractor per trade per market gets every call the site produces, for as long as they hold that market. The calls are not shared, not resold, and not offered to a competitor down the street. Shared-lead platforms sell the same homeowner to four companies; we do the opposite, on purpose.
How do you decide which markets to build?
Search demand has to be real, the job value has to justify the lead cost, and the existing results have to be winnable by a new site. We pull live keyword volume, cost-per-click, and the current top results before committing. If the numbers do not support a build, we say so and skip it — that is why this list is short and specific.
Can I get a market that is not on the list?
Often, yes. Tell us the trade and the metro and we will research it the same way we researched these. A new build takes a few weeks to stand up and months to rank, so it suits contractors planning ahead rather than someone who needs the phone ringing next week.
What happens if my market is already taken?
We tell you straight, and we point you at what is open nearby — often an adjacent suburb or a related trade in the same metro. We will not quietly sell you a market that is already held, and we will not double-sell a market to squeeze out more revenue.
Do I need my own website for this to work?
No. The site is ours and stays ours; the calls it produces become yours. Nothing changes about your own website, your advertising, or your Google Business Profile. If you want help with those separately, that is what our other services cover.
How is this different from buying leads from a lead marketplace?
Marketplaces sell the same lead to several contractors and bill per lead, so a good month costs you more. This is a flat monthly rate for exclusive access to one market's calls. Your cost does not rise because you closed more jobs.
Not seeing your city?
Tell us the trade and the metro. We research the search volume and how winnable the results are before we commit to anything — and we will tell you honestly if the numbers do not support a build. See the trades we build for.
